Notes on scale and labor of 'The Whole Entire Universe' -- 900 hours, 227,701 visible beads, each painted three times. The 21 million cap is perhaps the most consequential number in bitcoin, and one most people only ever encounter as an abstraction. Rendering it physical at human scale is a unique accomplishment.
