Trio of Working RPEPELIGHTERS + Display Card & Counterparty Tokens

The RPEPELIGHTER card was made by Yoni Terenzi for the Rare Pepe directory in 2016. It depicted a lighter. Subterranean made three working lighters to match it exactly, packaged them with a display card and Counterparty tokens proving ownership of the original digital cards. The chain of provenance runs from the blockchain to the object in your hand. This is the logic of the Rare Pepe project extended into the physical world. The directory was always about provenance: proving that a specific digital object existed at a specific moment and was held by a specific person. Subterranean did not illustrate that idea. He reproduced it in a different medium. The lighters work. The tokens are on chain. The Rare Pepe directory turns ten years old in 2026, and this lot is among the most precise objects that anniversary has produced.
